Answers to some of the most frequently asked questions...
 


What are your order and line minimums?


The Connector People® strive to keep minimums low.  Our normal line minimum is $10 and our normal order minimum is $25 when placing your order on-line.  However, please be aware that due to some packaging constraints (such as if a part is packaged on a reel or in a tube) you may see minimum quantities on certain items that are higher than normal. If you need to buy a smaller quantity than the stated minimum, please call us.
 

What are your normal business hours?


Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM until 5:45 PM EST/EDT time.  The warehouse accepts deliveries between 9 AM and 5:30 PM.
 

When will my order ship?
 

Most orders ship within 24 hours of receipt unless otherwise specified.  We can usually ship UPS Red/Blue/Orange and FedEx P1/STD packages the same day we receive the order if we receive the order before noon EST/EDT.  Please call if you have special requests or if you need an answer specific to your particular order.  
 

Where do you ship from?


The Connector People® are located in Warrington, Pennsylvania.  All packages ship from this facility.
 

Can you Drop-Ship an order for me?


Yes, we can drop-ship an order for you.  You can add and select ship-to addresses when placing an order on-line to do so.   Important...  If you need for us to facilitate a "blind" drop-ship, please call us and send us the appropriate packing list to include with the order. 

How can I track my order?
 
When your order ships, you will automatically receive an email from us with the tracking number(s) and the weight(s) of your package(s).  You can also check the status of your order by logging on to our web site and clicking on the Order Tracking tab.  There you will be able to see the status and tracking information for all orders placed within the last thirty days.
 
How can I change or cancel my order?
 
Please call or email us to change or cancel your order.
 
I would like to buy an item but I found a lower price elsewhere.  What should I do?
 
The Connector People® try to maintain competitive prices on all parts.  If you find the same part for a lower price elsewhere, we want to know about it!  Please call us and we'll review it instantly.

How long have The Connector People® been in business?
 
We have been buying and selling connectors for over 35 years.  Quite a few of our staff members have been with the company for almost as long.
 
What are your franchised lines?  Can I get a "C of C"?
 
The Connector People® are NOT franchised for any lines but we do buy and sell connectors made by over 300 different connector manufacturers.  We can give you great pricing and service but we are not able to provide manufacturer C of C's.
 
I just submitted a Quote, BOM or Status Request.  Where's my response?
 
Submitted Quotes, BOM's and Status Requests are processed the same day we receive them.  You will receive an email with your completed requests as soon as they are completed.  With Quotes and Status Requests, you can also review your current and past requests by logging into the Connector People® web site.
